Carbon Neutrality Champions
Europa 2022
The essential role played by trees in reducing CO2 emissions and fighting smog on our planet is known.
However, planting must not be random because each tree has its own evolution and performs differently depending on the environment in which it grows.
In addition, each tree generates its own ecosystem that contributes to biodiversity in a unique and specific way. On the other hand, non-native species can become particularly invasive and create more damage than they could offer, destroying particularly delicate natural environments and the habitats of many animal species.
In this project I wanted to portray the most efficient trees in absorbing CO2 in the European environment.
